This seminar provides an overview of the multifaceted tasks a project leader for clinical trials has to deal with and illustrates the challenges of the project leader's work. Technical aspects like "tracking and controlling" are covered as well as soft skills like "understanding team work" or "good communication practice", an indispensable skill set for every project leader. Many practical examples enrich this seminar.
